  • 1-2-1 mentoring with teams who are working in ‘isolation’ to strengthen and develop their skills and improve performance across multiple areas of execution and stakeholder management

  • Rolling out consistent and centralised working processes to ensure disparate teams come together regardless of their location

  • Practical plans scoped and implemented across EMEA to build Dell’s footprint across the Schools and Higher Education Sector
  • Bringing together fragmented teams to work with one another, resulting in the ability to  unravel and understand a highly opportunistic yet highly complex HPC solution

  • Introduced GTM best practices across EMEA programme management teams

"The operational needs of a marketing function often get overlooked."

 

Strategic planners too easily fail to deliver effective and practical plans. Tacticians often overlook the bigger picture. Fast-moving environments too frequently cause us to lose perspective and fail to resolve issues. Repeating the same mistakes over and over again cause us to lose motivation and create programme congestion.

 

Establishing programmes that are engaging, constantly improving and commercially effective is harder than most people think. And not everyone can do marketing (the fact that I’m numerate doesn’t make me an accountant)!

 

Getting the best out of a marketing operation requires a unique blend of process, empathy and insight, whilst maintaining a focus on business priorities.
