- 1-2-1 mentoring with teams who are working in ‘isolation’ to strengthen and develop their skills and improve performance across multiple areas of execution and stakeholder management
- Accelerating the use of sharing platforms by enabling teams to leverage and access assets across territories reducing cost and improving efficiency
DELIVERY
- Rolling out consistent and centralised working processes to ensure disparate teams come together regardless of their location
- Project managing the digital platform and website presence across all territories by overseeing all internal execution teams, agency suppliers and managing stakeholder groups

- Working with HR to launch the employee benefits system internally, responsible for designing the brand identity and communications toolkit

Strategic planners too easily fail to deliver effective and practical plans. Tacticians often overlook the bigger picture. Fast-moving environments too frequently cause us to lose perspective and fail to resolve issues. Repeating the same mistakes over and over again cause us to lose motivation and create programme congestion.
Establishing programmes that are engaging, constantly improving and commercially effective is harder than most people think. And not everyone can do marketing (the fact that I’m numerate doesn’t make me an accountant)!
Getting the best out of a marketing operation requires a unique blend of process, empathy and insight, whilst maintaining a focus on business priorities.
